innuPREP FFPE total RNA Kit

The kit is suitable for starting amounts of up to 50 mg. Based on a new kind of chemistry the kit enables the isolation of RNA from FFPE samples without a deparaffinization step and thereby eliminates the use of toxic and hazardous components like octane or xylene. Lysis, binding, washing and elution is finished within 1.5 h. Thus the protocol allows the extraction of RNA with high quality, ideal integrity and excellent formaldehyde- RNA de-crosslinking. The isolated RNA including microRNAs is directly suitable for reverse transcription, amplification reaction and other amplification-based downstream applications.
