The innuPREP Blood RNA Kit 2.0 allows users to extract total cellular RNA from fresh whole blood samples, which were stabilized with either EDTA or citrate.
The specially optimized lysis buffer makes lysis extremely efficient, effectively deactivating endogenous and exogenous RNases. Using innuPREP Blood RNA Kit 2.0 allows researchers to isolate highly pure RNA in an extremely short amount of time while completely omitting the highly toxic Beta-mercaptoethanol traditionally used in the extraction process. Upon elution in RNase-free water, the final RNA is ready-to-use and can be used in subsequent applications immediately.
