The innuPREP Blood DNA Mini Kit - FX has been designed for automated extraction of genomic DNA (gDNA) from whole blood preparations including fresh or frozen whole blood samples stabilized with EDTA, citrate or heparin and even collected in PAXgene® Blood DNA Tubes. The extraction protocol is established on CyBio FeliX based on sample volumes of up to 400 µl. The extraction process is based on binding the nucleic acids to magnetic particles.

Thereby the purification of genomic DNA from up to 16 samples in parallel takes place within InnuPure C16 touch. The kit has already been proven with positive result using a large number of starting materials.
